April Ward

Born and raised in Charlottesville, VA, April her Husband Simon and their four children Ayana, Maya, Simon Jr, and Simone currently reside in Hanover County. April received her B.A. in Psychology from Ashford University and loves to work with people. With strong roots in the area, she is very familiar with the local and surrounding counties. April loves to support local organizations such as Banks Collage Basketball Association where she serves on the Board, she is also a Committee member with Richmond Habitat for Humanity. April has over 3 years of Leasing and Marketing experience and is ready to help Home Buyers and Sellers with their needs.
