His thirty-eight-year civil servant background as a financial management leader for the Department of Navy and Marine Corps, with additional certifications as a Certified Defense Financial Manager and president of the American Society of Military Comptrollers-Quantico Chapter, enhances the thoroughness that he brings into his real estate business.
