Mrs. Reed was very professional and anytime I wanted to view a new property she responded to my call promptly and gave me a background of the house so that I can determine whether I wanted to view it or not. Mrs. Reed knew exactly what type of house I was looking for and if she knew that if that house didn't fit what I wanted she did not waste my time. She told me that this is not the house that I wanted whether it will be due to the square footage or the number of rooms in the house, but she did give me the opportunity to look at the house if I so desired. She was very knowledgeable about the houses and if she did not know she would find out for her clients. Mrs. Reed took me through all the steps that I needed to complete my search for my perfect house and she made me feel comfortable doing so. I never felt like I was a bother to her or a hindrance and she always welcomed any questions that I had.
